The re-branding of Ultimate 106.9 FM was successfully last night at the premises of the station situated at Denyame – a prime area in the Kumasi Metropolis. The relaunch of the radio station owned by Kwabena Duffour and Bola Ray’s EIB Group, owners of Starr FM, Choice FM and Adepa and a plethora of other Radio Stations and media outlets across the country saw some of Ghanaian entertainers performing at the event.
Shatta Wale, Kofi B, Kalybos, Okomfo Kwadee, Kontihene, Daseabre Dwamena and others thrilled audience at the event.
“ULTIMATE 106.9 FM previously ULTIMATE RADIO, since its establishment in 2011, has had massive audience in the Garden City.
As part of the re-branding effort, ULTIMATE 106.9 FM will offer a mix of compelling programmes, good music, live events and entertainment.
In the same drive to continue satisfying the station’s audience, in both Kumasi and beyond, the company’s concepts and direction have been refreshed with a new and carefully crafted market-driven approach to conform to the ever changing radio industry.
ULTIMATE 106.9 FM is being re-positioned to holistically serve the people of the Ashanti Region with content that strike a chord with listeners’ emotional, spiritual and psychological needs.
