Video: Shatta Wale Cries For Kwaw Kese
Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is calling on his colleague musicians to join the campaign for the release of hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese who was arrested in Kumasi on Saturday 22 November 2014 for allegedly smoking ‘wee’. The musician in the video below pleaded with musicians and said “It can happen to all of us so lets come together and beg for him”.
He continued that prison is not a good place to be so Ghanaians should not be happy for the arrest of ‘abodam’. He said “I woke up with sadness because one of my brothers I respect in this industry is in trouble. This is the time we the artiste must come together and fight for ourselves”.
Kwaw Kese who appeared before a KMA Court presided by a Circuit Court Judge William Buampong on Monday was remanded for two weeks and is to appear again before court on 8 click here to watch the video
