Root Eye Back To Music

One of the veteran Dancehall & Reggae
musicians/activists, Mr. Root Eye, bounces
back with a new single for almost 2 decades
off the music scene.
He came back very strong a brand new Reggae
single he calls "Deepest Pain".
As many would think he 'might have lost
touch' of the art, his voice and energy on the
new joint is hyper than even many of the
young dancehall DJs on the scene; deep lyrics
as usual. Lyrics for the
song are very touching and punchy.
Looks like the industry veteran has
'lost a love he really cherished that he had to
put it in the song' - his
persona in the song alone speaks volumes.
According to a close source, Mr. Root Eye, is
likely to drop an official
video for this new single very soon.
Mr. Root Eye 'aka' Sophisticated Rasta is best
known on the screens as the regular host of
"Music Music" on TV3 and also plays on
Prime 89.1 fm, one of the very active radio
stations in Accra, Ghana.
He is best known for his
popular song "Sweety Sweety" released in
1994.
